We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse to be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting patients with specialist palliative care needs.

Candidates should have palliative care experience, and a willingness to contribute to the delivery of high quality patient and family focused care. Ideally candidates will have or be willing to work towards a Specialist Palliative Care Qualification

Essential for this post is effective verbal and written communication and IT skills.
