Adrian Sluce, 42 and a keen gym attendee, has set his sights on a virtual rowing trip from London to Paris.

Sheffield Students raise £10,000 hitching across Europe
University of Sheffield students have raised £10,000 for Sue Ryder Care’s international work by hitch-hiking 1,800 miles across Europe. On Saturday, student representatives hitched over 400 miles to deliver the cheque in person to Ben Simms, Head of International.
